Here at Edwards, we specialise in the management of residential property. We offer three service levels depending on your requirements. If you manage your property yourself but need marketing assistance to find the perfect tenants, we offer a tenant finding only service.
For those who prefer a hands off approach, whether you have a portfolio of properties or a single investment, we offer two packages - fully managed or fully managed plus.
Fully Managed Plus
A no hassle option which leaves the day-to-day management of the property with us, and which includes RENT AND LEGAL COVER, allowing you to sit back and enjoy your investment.
